When booking, 30% is to be paid within one week of agreement. The remaining payment must be paid no later than 40 days before arrival. If you book less than one month before arrival, the rent is payable in full. The rent is incl. 25% VAT. <\/p>\n
Cleaning price: DKK 1,500 – payable as part of the rent.<\/p>\n
If the tenant wishes to do the cleaning themselves, the amount will be refunded as long as the cleaning is sufficiently done. A cleaning list is posted in the house.<\/p>\n
When renting a holiday home, you must bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.<\/p>\n
It is possible to bring pets (to be arranged in advance)<\/p>\n
Tenants are responsible for normal supervision of the rented property, both movable and fixed fixtures, and are liable to the owner for any damage to it.<\/p>\n
Electricity consumption is settled according to consumption, currently 2.75 kr\/kWh.<\/p>\n
Lease agreements cannot be cancelled later than 40 days before the arrival date. A handling fee of DKK 1,000 will be charged for cancellations up to 40 days before the arrival date. In the event of a later cancellation, the total rent is due if the holiday home cannot be re-rented.<\/p>\n
The prices quoted are subject to external tax, price and exchange rate changes.<\/p>\n
Place of payment and jurisdiction is Bornholm. Legal disputes must be brought before the court in R\u00f8nne.<\/p>\n
