Introduction

Retention periods
The data is retained for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed.. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general timeframe for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. They only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal data such as name and email etc. will only happen if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of your data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. If the data processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
